Showcase application flow
Showcase application flow — documentation pending.
Complete
Showcase applications opens a structured submission flow for startups requesting consideration for the editorial Showcased tier (§10.2). Today admin proposes Showcased candidates internally; the application flow surfaces a self-nomination path that still passes the same editorial bar.
Application contract
- Application form requires: startup record (must exist + be claimed by the applicant), founder profiles linked, a paragraph on why the startup matters editorially, ≥1 reference link (press / accelerator / investor coverage).
- Application enters the Section 10.2 verification queue. The 4-gate editorial verification applies — no shortcut for self-nominated startups.
- Outcome: accepted (isShowcased=true on the startup record), held (admin requests more info), or rejected (with a written editorial reason).
- Cooling-off period: rejected applications can’t reapply for 90 days (prevents re-spam).
