CRM integration

CRM integration connects the platform’s editorial entity graph to outbound sales / partnerships motions. Sponsor lead exports today are CSV downloads; the integrated version syncs to HubSpot / Pipedrive / Salesforce with consent-aware fields + automated lifecycle status updates.

Integration shape

• Sponsor partner CRM: every consent-permitted lead syncs to the sponsor’s CRM via a per-sponsor configured webhook. Custom-field mapping handled by partnerships team.
• Platform CRM: partnerships team’s own CRM (one of HubSpot / Pipedrive) tracks all sponsor + partner contacts, contract status, renewal cadence. The platform sponsor-management surface (§10.13) becomes a thin read-only window onto this.
• Consent updates propagate: when a lead revokes consent through the email unsubscribe path, the revocation pushes to every CRM the lead was synced to. Source-of-truth is the platform consent record.
