Founder Files is the platform’s practical-knowledge surface: editorially authored guides for working founders, paired with a download flow that captures qualified leads. Files set the visual maturity bar — the 3:4 portrait cover, the editorial SVG fallback, the Best For block, the sponsor mini-row, the consent-gated download are the canonical maturity reference for the entire platform.

Cadence

Slow. Files are authored across weeks, not days. 1-2 new files per quarter. Each file goes deep — typically 8-30 minute reading time.

<app-founder-file-card> with (download) event emitter for parent-owned modal. Reused on listing, details, reader siblings, and cross-module signals.

Detail vs Reader

Two surfaces per file. Details page = marketing surface (cover, learning points, sponsor, what you’ll get). Reader page = the actual reading surface (TOC, progress bar, body sections).
