Future enhancements

Files roadmap prioritizes scaling the authoring pipeline (CMS), introducing premium Founder Account-only files, and adding live workshops / Q&A surfaces tied to each file. The strategic test: each enhancement must compound editorial quality + lead conversion.

Near-term (Phase 2)

• File authoring CMS with EN/AR/FR side-by-side panes + live preview.
• Category / topic / language archive pages.
• Sponsor admin tool: tier-based pricing, contract tracking, per-file assignment.
• Lead-routing dashboard: per-file lead volume, sponsor monthly reporting export.
• Reading progress persistence — returning users resume where they left off.

Mid-term (Phase 3)

• Premium files (Founder Account-only). Free tier still has the 4 founding files + future free additions.
• Live Q&A surfaces tied to each file. "Author Q&A with {editor name}" — next Tuesday after file launch.
• Per-file workshops in partnership with accelerators — the file becomes the homework, the workshop is the practice.
• Saved files for authenticated Founder Accounts — personal library + reading status.

Long-term (Phase 4+)

• AI-assisted authoring — editor uses LLM for first-draft outlines + AR mirror suggestions; final body always editorially authored.
• Audio versions of each file — founder-friendly podcast format.
• Multi-author collaboration on long-form files.
• Syndication API — partner platforms can embed file content (with attribution + lead-routing share).
