User journeys

Common paths through the module.

Complete

Four primary journeys into a Startup detail page: from the showcase listing, from a founder profile, from an editorial article that mentions the startup, or from an event where the startup participates. Each origin shapes the cross-module signal mix.

Four discovery paths

  1. From showcase listing User browses by sector / stage / country filters. Highest "discovery" intent.
  2. From founder profile Founder profile shows the linked startup (T1 structural link). The user clicks through with high intent for the brand backstory.
  3. From editorial article Article mentions a startup; the cross-module Related Signals card drives a click. Mid intent — the user is interested in the editorial context first.
  4. From event participant list Event details page lists participating startups; user clicks through to see what the participant actually builds.

On-page flow

Hero (eyebrow + name + tagline + chip row + Visit Website CTA) → Snapshot sidecard (sector / stage / HQ / founded year) → Description paragraph → Related Ecosystem Signals (linked founders highest, then opportunities matching sector/stage/country, then editorial mentions, then events) → Inline Signal CTA → footer.
