Editorial roadmap items are prioritized by editorial-team need, not by feature parity with competitors. Every enhancement is tested against the strategic question: does it strengthen editorial discipline + the entity graph, or does it dilute them?

Near-term (Phase 2)

• Admin UI for editorial workflow (replace repo-based authoring).
• Author archive pages (`/:lang/editorial/authors/:authorSlug`).
• Topic + sector archive pages.
• Reading progress bar in the article hero (mirrors Founder File reader pattern).
• Inline share buttons (LinkedIn / X / WhatsApp / copy-link) with analytics.

Mid-term (Phase 3)

• Saved articles for authenticated users (Founder Account integration).
• Weekly digest powered by user reading history.
• Editorial commenting (curated, comment-by-named-user only).
• AR + FR + EN trilingual rollout (FR for Maghreb editorial coverage).

Long-term (Phase 4+)

• Syndication API — export Editorial entity graph to partner platforms.
• Editorial newsletter platform integration (Substack / Beehiiv / native).
• Personalized homepage stream from reading history + cross-module clicks.
• Editorial AI assist for fact-checking + mention discovery (assistive only, not autonomous publishing).
