Legal / ownership line
Legal / ownership line — documentation pending.
A single, non-negotiable sentence at the bottom of every page. It declares ownership, separates editorial and commercial entities, and protects regulatory clarity for the MENA + GCC operating model.
Rules for the legal line
- NEVER edit, abbreviate, paraphrase, or translate freely. The exact wording above is the legal record.
- Must appear on every public page footer. The compact modifier preserves it.
- Renders in EN and AR with the canonical translations above. No regional dialects, no marketing rewrites.
- Visual weight: muted color, smaller than body, but always readable (minimum 12px on mobile).
Why this exact split
wecancity (Egypt) is the editorial entity — owns the platform, the editorial standards, and the Egypt-resident operations. wecancity FZ-LLC (UAE free zone) handles commercial contracts for sponsors and partners outside Egypt: it is the entity that invoices regional clients in AED / USD and operates under UAE commercial law. The two-line structure tells regulators, sponsors, and partners which entity is responsible for which interaction.
