Founders management

Founders management is the admin surface for both editorial-curated founder profiles + the moderation layer over founder-led (self-owned) profiles. The two flavors share the same data model but differ in who controls the record — editorial team for curated, the founder themselves for self-owned with admin moderation.

Admin surfaces

• /founder-account/admin/founders — list. Filters: flavor (curated / founder-led), country, sector, isVerified, hasStartups (≥1 relatedStartupId).
• /founder-account/admin/founders/new — create editorial-curated profile.
• /founder-account/admin/founders/:id/edit — full editor. For founder-led profiles, admin can edit but every change is logged + the founder is notified.
• /founder-account/admin/founders/moderation — review queue for founder-led profiles flagged by automated checks (broken images, profanity, suspected impersonation).

Verification flow

1. isVerified=true requires: a real human profile photo (not avatar) + at least one published startup OR opportunity participation + LinkedIn URL confirmed by editor.
2. Verified profiles get a small verification badge next to the name + appear in "Verified founders" filters across the platform.
3. Verification can be revoked at admin discretion if the founder turns out to be inactive >12 months, the LinkedIn becomes inaccessible, or the original verification turns out to be wrong.
