Files management

Founder Files management is the admin surface for the platform’s long-form practical-knowledge library. Each file is heavyweight to produce (weeks of authoring) so the admin surface is built for editorial discipline, not volume — a small queue, deep editing, careful sponsor wiring, and consent-gated lead-capture validation.

Admin surfaces

• /founder-account/admin/files — list of all files. Filters: status (drafting / in-review / published), category, sponsor (boolean), author.
• /founder-account/admin/files/new — create. Required: number (auto-assigned, e.g. FF#05), title, category, authorId, bestForTagline.
• /founder-account/admin/files/:id/edit — full editor with section editor (TOC + body sections), cover image picker (3:4 portrait), SVG fallback generator, sponsor block, learning-points editor, related events/founders/startups pickers.
• /founder-account/admin/files/:id/leads — captured leads view (gated downloads). Filter by date range, sponsor partner consent. Export to CSV for sponsor partner distribution.

Sponsor wiring

• Sponsor record on a file requires: sponsorName, sponsorTier (gold/silver/bronze), sponsorLogoUrl, sponsorContractUrl (internal admin-only ref).
• When consentPartners=true on a lead capture, that lead is routed to the sponsor partner queue in addition to the platform admin queue. Without explicit consent, leads stay platform-only.
• Sponsor mini-row renders on the file card + the file details page when a sponsor record exists. The mini-row never appears on non-sponsored files.
