Dr. Ayman Ashour, Egypt's Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Chairman of the Fulbright Commission in Egypt, recently attended a workshop organized by Fulbright. The workshop, titled "University Leadership Programs Series 2026: From Idea to Ecosystem: Entrepreneurship and Technology Transfer," saw the presence of several key figures. These included Dr. Hossam Othman, Deputy Minister for Innovation and Scientific Research Affairs; Dr. Mostafa Refaat, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities; Dr. Ayman Farid, Assistant Minister and Head of the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector; and Dr. Maggie Nassif, Executive Director of the Fulbright Commission in Egypt. Many Egyptian university presidents, council secretaries, and ministry leaders also participated.
