Egyptian entrepreneur Mohamed Aboul Naga Nagaty has announced the launch of a new project named "Takhaial." This move reflects a fast-growing trend towards expanding the uses of embedded artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and their applications across various sectors, especially real estate and sports. Aboul Naga explained that for over ten years, he has been working in partnership with Wael El Ahmady to develop virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) solutions, alongside AI technologies focused on image and video processing. He noted that this collaboration has led to the completion of dozens of projects for major companies, as well as the development of tech initiatives, including the "Nagaty AI" project. He revealed that the new company, "Takhaial," was officially established in Egypt last week. It's taking advantage of the relatively improved economic environment, which is now creating more opportunities for setting up and expanding advanced technology projects within the local market. He also mentioned that the company has already started working on one of its most significant projects in Egypt's real estate sector, as part of a gradual expansion plan to build a strong presence in this vital area. He clarified that Wael El Ahmady serves as CEO, while Dr. Sherine Helmy, Chairman of Pharco Pharmaceuticals, holds the position of Chairman of the new company's board. Aboul Naga emphasized that the upcoming phase will focus on developing embedded AI solutions. The goal is to bring about a significant transformation in sectors like real estate, sports, and others, through applications that use more advanced and effective data, image, and video analysis. He highlighted the importance of the cumulative partnerships that came before the project's launch, confirming that the aim for the next phase is to boost the use of AI within the Egyptian market and expand it regionally and internationally.
