In a growing move to support the business environment and boost company resilience, Emirates NBD has announced the launch of its "Business Support Package." This package is all about helping small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) tackle operational pressures and manage their cash flow in the coming period, offering a range of banking exemptions and facilities. This initiative comes at a time when managing costs and liquidity is becoming increasingly challenging. The package includes temporary waivers on several fees, such as loan deferral fees, international shipping fees for business cards, and bounced check fees in cases of cash flow difficulties. It also waives fees for cash withdrawals and debit card replacements. What's more, the package offers a 30% discount on fees for Letters of Credit and Letters of Guarantee. This move aims to ease the financial burden linked to trade activities, especially for companies that rely on foreign trade and supply chains.
