saib Bank Boosts Financial Inclusion with Women's Seminars and a Job Fair for 700 Young People

As part of the Arab Financial Inclusion Day activities, held under the patronage of the Central Bank of Egypt, saib Bank participated through a series of awareness-raising activities. These initiatives aimed to support women's financial empowerment and boost opportunities for young people in the job market, reflecting a growing trend towards embedding financial inclusion concepts within society. The bank organized two financial awareness seminars specifically for women in the Fayoum and Beni Suef governorates. This was done in collaboration with the National Council for Women and other community organizations. The goal was to increase awareness about managing financial resources, introduce the basics of saving and sound financial planning, and simplify banking concepts related to bank accounts and digital services like e-wallets, electronic payments, and transfers. All these efforts support the shift towards reducing reliance on cash transactions. These activities show the banking sector's commitment to expanding financial inclusion by targeting groups most in need of economic integration, especially women in rural areas. Women are seen as key players in improving household income management and enhancing financial stability. In a parallel effort, saib Bank also participated in a job fair organized at the International Academy for Engineering and Media Sciences. Around 700 students and graduates attended, and the bank aimed to foster direct communication with young people and introduce them to career opportunities within the banking sector. During the fair, the bank's financial inclusion team provided educational content about the importance of banking and the benefits of joining the formal sector. They also showcased banking products and services, helping to raise financial awareness and encourage young people to integrate into the formal financial system. The event also offered a chance for direct interaction with graduates, explaining how to apply for available jobs and summer training programs. This helps prepare them for the job market and enhances their chances in the banking sector. These efforts are part of saib Bank's strategy to support financial inclusion and economically empower various groups, especially youth and women. This aligns with the state's direction towards achieving sustainable development and broadening economic participation.
