Realme Connects with University Students, Offers Big Discounts on C85 Phones

In a move to boost its presence among young people, Realme organized its “Real Champion” events at both Cairo University and Ain Shams University. These events took place over two consecutive periods in April, as part of a marketing effort focused on directly engaging with university students. The activities kicked off at Cairo University on April 22nd and 23rd, then moved to Ain Shams University on April 27th and 28th. The company aimed to provide a complete on-campus experience, blending technology with students' daily lives through activities that combined entertainment with hands-on product trials. These events coincided with the promotion of the realme C85 phone series, which the company launched as a great option for students. This comes as smartphones are increasingly essential for studying, entertainment, and communication. Realme made sure to highlight the phone's capabilities in supporting gaming and multitasking, perfectly matching students' needs throughout their academic day. The activity zones saw a great turnout, especially the gaming area, which featured competitions and challenges in the game PUBG. This allowed participants to directly test the phones' performance in terms of speed, responsiveness, and durability. The company also handed out various promotional gifts, including study tools and discount coupons of up to 1000 EGP on phone purchases, along with a raffle to win one of the devices. To boost interaction, the events included “Open Mic” sessions, where students could share their personal experiences and talents. Discussions revolved around the concept of a “real champion,” before several participants were honored and given prizes, aiming to foster creativity and self-confidence within the student community. Regarding specifications, the company showcased the features of the realme C85 series, which include a 7000 mAh battery, a 144 Hz refresh rate screen, IP69 Pro water resistance, and a reinforced body with high durability standards. This reflects the company's commitment to offering devices that can withstand intensive use and suit the demands of university life. These initiatives are part of a broader strategy by Realme, which focuses on building direct communication channels with young users in their everyday environments. This is achieved through interactive experiences that go beyond traditional marketing methods, strengthening the brand's connection to real-world usage patterns.
