NEXT Technology is Revolutionizing Digital Talent in Egypt with a Direct Path to Jobs

Egypt's tech job market is seeing a rapid shift in how talent is prepared and qualified. This transformation is being led by companies specializing in technical training that connect education directly with market needs. A prime example is NEXT Technology Development, which offers a unique model that takes people straight from training to employment.

The company is committed to a strategy that supports digital transformation by expanding its programs to qualify specialized human resources in the IT sector. They're turning their academy into a development institution that helps bridge the gap between what education provides and what local and regional job markets demand.

Eng. Amr Abdel Rahman, the company's Founder and CEO, shared that the academy has successfully graduated and qualified over 25,000 consultants and developers in enterprise systems and information technology. He also noted that NEXT Technology has become a key partner in the national "Wazifa Tech" initiative, which is carried out by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Nasser Social Bank.

Training for Employment

He explained that the company's vision is to move away from traditional training to a "training for employment" model. This approach ensures that graduates are directly integrated into the job market with rewarding salaries. They achieve this through specialized tracks in solutions like Oracle Cloud and SAP, leveraging a network of over 60 employment partners.

He added that this model focuses on removing the financial burden from young people. Trainees don't pay any costs until they actually secure a job, which really boosts fair access to high-quality technical training.

Integrating Generative AI and Data Science Technologies

As part of its future strategy, NEXT Technology is working on integrating Generative Artificial Intelligence and Data Science technologies with cloud systems like Oracle Cloud and SAP S/4HANA. The goal is to prepare a new generation of developers who can compete effectively in regional and international markets.

The company also aims for regional expansion in the upcoming phase, planning to bring its "career transformation" experience to other Arab markets, especially Saudi Arabia. This move comes amid a growing demand for specialized talent in the business technology sector.

NEXT Technology believes that the information technology sector is the main engine for economic growth. They emphasize their continued investment in qualifying young people and equipping them with future skills, which strengthens Egypt's position as a key source of digital talent in the region.

In a related development, the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has renewed its partnership with NEXT as part of the "Wazifa Tech" initiative. This partnership aims to train and employ around 100 university graduates in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, using Oracle and Odoo technologies. This effort supports digital transformation plans and meets the increasing demand for specialized technical skills.
