The UAE-based e& Group has signed a binding agreement with Uber Technologies to sell 12.5% of its 50.03% stake in Careem Technologies. This deal is for a total cash amount of $100 million (367 million dirhams), according to a company disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
