Abdullah Amer's 6 Core Principles for Building a Super Efficient Business

Egyptian entrepreneur Abdullah Amer, who founded and serves as CEO of English Capsules, shared that for companies to operate efficiently, it doesn't require complicated setups or extraordinary abilities. Instead, success hinges on a stable system built upon six core principles. He explained in a Facebook post that these principles include: Vision, which helps the team understand their direction and goals; People, by building a team that thinks like owners, not just employees; Data, to ensure decisions are based on facts; and Processes, which guarantee that work is consistently repeated with the same high quality. Additionally, these principles cover Problem Solving, using an approach that prevents crises from happening again rather than just dealing with them as they arise; and Execution, which ensures careful follow-up on everything that has been planned, according to Abdullah Amer. Abdullah Amer highlighted that integrating these six principles transforms a company into a self-operating entity, capable of functioning without the founder needing to be involved in every single detail.
